GA/ATL Property Management has been a fantastic life saver for me. I have 4 rental properties that are in their hands and I sleep soundly. For years I rented the units myself only to find myself with lousy tenants who not only damaged the property but also failed to pay rent multiple times!! When I was in between tenants a friend of mine recommended I try a property management company and gave me GA/ATL Property Management’s information. I called them and the owner came out and met with me. He explained all their services and within a month had both the units rented to extremely qualified tenants. That was over 6 months ago.
